Tuna Bites

These tuna bites are a gentle, iron- and protein-rich way to introduce fish while supporting developing oral motor skills. Combining tuna with potato creates a naturally soft, cohesive texture that’s easier for babies to manage than flaky fish alone. Tuna provides important omega-3 fatty acids, supporting brain and eye development, while the egg adds additional protein and healthy fats for satiety and growth.
