Soft Cheesy Veggie Fritters

These soft, iron-supporting veggie fritters combine protein-rich egg and cottage cheese with fibre-packed peas and corn to support healthy growth and satiety. Gently pan-cooked and naturally savoury, they’re easy to mash for younger babies and ideal as a calcium-rich finger food as chewing skills develop.

Ingredients: Olive oil, cottage cheese, peas, corn, egg, chickpea flour, garlic powder, dill, parsley, lemon zest

Texture

  • 6–8 months: Fully mashed or blended

  • 8–10 months: Soft mash with small lumps

  • 10–12 months: Finger-food fritters
