Ingredients and allergen information are provided for our meals so parents and caregivers can make informed choices for their child.

Growing Plates declares allergens in accordance with applicable Australian food-labelling requirements. Under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code, specified allergens must be declared when present as ingredients, including wheat, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, egg, milk, lupin, peanut, soy, sesame and individual tree nuts, as well as relevant gluten-containing cereals and sulphites at prescribed levels.
