Homemade Baked Beans

Ingredients: Cannellini beans, Tomato paste, Onion, Capsicum, Zucchini, Garlic, Olive oil, Dried basil, Vegetable stock

Texture:

  • 6–8mths: Smooth purée

  • 8–10mths: Thick mash with soft bean pieces

  • 10–12mths: Soft whole beans in a thick sauce

Fridge: 5 days | Freezer: 5 months

Reheating / Cooking: Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave, stirring well and checking temperature before serving.
