Beetroot Pancakes

Rich in dietary fibre, folate, and antioxidants, beetroot supports gut health and healthy blood cell development during periods of rapid growth. These pancakes provide slow-release energy while gently introducing vegetables in a developmentally familiar format.

Ingredients: Beetroot, Eggs, Oats, Greek yoghurt, Baking powder

Allergens: EGG, DAIRY, GLUTEN (OATS)

Texture:

  • 6–8mths: Mashed pancake pieces with yoghurt or fruit purée

  • 8–10mths: Soft chunks, lightly squashed

  • 10–12mths: Soft finger-food pancake pieces

Fridge: 2–3 days | Freezer: 3 months

Reheating / Cooking: Serve at room temperature or warm gently in a pan or microwave until just heated through.
