Banana, Oat & Strawberry Pancakes

Oats provide complex carbohydrates and beta-glucan fibre to support sustained energy and digestive health, while bananas contribute potassium for muscle and nerve function. Strawberries add vitamin C, supporting iron absorption and immune development.

Ingredients: Banana, Oats, Eggs, Strawberries

Texture:
• 6–8 mths: Mashed (pancakes finely mashed with fruit mixed through)
• 8–10 mths: Soft chunks (small, tender pieces)
• 10–12 mths: Finger food (soft pancake strips)

Fridge: 2–3 days | Freezer: 3 months

Reheating / Cooking: Warm briefly in a pan or microwave; can also be served at room temperature.

**We can use gluten-free oats on request; however, all foods are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten, so traces may be present.
